Suspense Novels that I would Recommend

(Not that I would recommend a lot of Suspense novels)

To differentiate between Suspense novels and Thrillers I have basically made a decision based on the level of gore and realism.  Thus, a primarily political story to me is probably going to be suspense while a story with a lot of sex and blood is going to be a Thriller.  Like most categorizations, this is a judgment call.  See also "Thriller" Novels I would Recommend
